Cottage Point Associations

Cottage Point Community operates on a not for profit basis two organisations.

​​Cottage Point Community Association.

As a small and unique suburb in Sydney our association is registered with the NSW Department of Fair Trading and has has as its objectives to promote Cottage Point as a tourist location, promote and ensure safety in particular working closely with Marine Rescue, NSW Volunteer Bush Fire Brigade, liaise with National Parks and business in the area, assist KMYC in the supply of services to its members and the community of Cottage Point. CPCA have regular newsletters, meetings, BBQ's and provide RMS Safety text messaging for a small membership fee.

Cottage Point Mooring Corporation Limited
Cottage Point in co-operation with National Parks operate 35 Class A moorings for residents only. Cottage Point Mooring Corporation is ASIC registered and has as its objective to ensure safe boating around Cottage Point through the location, maintenance and service of its moorings. No moorings are owned by residents and are not transferable when a house is sold in Cottage Point, if the new owner would like a mooring they will need to make application for a mooring and join the Mooring Corporation.
